Ladner Home Sales (February 2019)

Detached home sales in Ladner were slightly up for the month of February (10) when compared to the same month last year (9). The highest priced home sold for $1,160,000 (Crescent Place) and the lowest priced home sold for $715,000 (Regatta Way).  All sales were below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 55 days. Currently there are 103 listings on the market compared to 89 at the end of February. As of today the highest priced listing is $11,888,000 (3820 64th Street) and the lowest priced listing is $349,000 (#6 3871 River Road).  The average list price is $1,224,453 (single family).

The average sold price was $610,480. Currently there are 56 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 48 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,148,800 (#27 5900 Ferry Road) and the lowest priced listing is $397,900 (#22 5661 Ladner Trunk Road).
