Ladner Home Sales (January 2018)

Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of January (9) when compared to the same month last year (16). The highest priced home sold for $1,465,000 (Paton Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $843,000 (West River Road).  Two sales were at their  asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 31 days. Currently there are 84 listings on the market compared to 76 at the end of January.  As of today the highest priced listing is $11,500,000 (2990 57B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $379,900 (#18 3871 West River Road).  The average list price is $1,495,679 (single family).

The average sold price was $610,915. Currently there are 23 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 24 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,128,800  (#36 5900 Ferry Road) and the lowest priced listing is $428,000 (#12 5661 Ladner Trunk Road).
