Ladner Home Sales (July 2014)

Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of July (25) when compared to the same month last year (20).   The highest priced home sold for $1,179,000 (5035 Fenton Dr) and the lowest priced home sold for $452,500 (5482 Pennant Bay).   One home sold at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  The average sales price in Ladner for July was $779,988 (July 2012 average $604,536).   Currently there are 73 listings on the market compared to 85 at the end of July.  As of today the highest priced listing is $11,900,000 (East Ladner Farm) and the lowest priced listing is $82,000 (#5-3350 Westham Island Rd).

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were down for July 2014 (8) when compared to July 2013 (11).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $475,000 (#2 4749 54A St) and the lowest priced condo/townhouse sold for $215,000 (D203 4845 53rd St).  Currently there are 54 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 57 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $709,000  (#11-5900 Ferry Rd) and the lowest priced listing is $236,000 (#12-5661 Ladner Trunk Road).
