Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of June (27) when compared to the same month last year (37). The highest priced home sold for $3,280,000 (28th Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $515,000 (Spinnaker Bay). Two sales were at their asking price and 5 sales were above their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 50 days. Currently there are 98 listings on the market compared to 102 at the end of June. As of today the highest priced listing is $15,375,000 (5039 112th Street) and the lowest priced listing is $249,000 (#13 3871 River Road).  The average list price is $1,265,900.

Currently there are 30 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 33 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,038,000  (#1 5510 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced listing is $409,900 (#302 4926 48th Ave).
