Ladner Home Sales (March 2014)

Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of March (13) when compared to the same month last year (14).  The highest priced home sold for $730,000 (5398 46th Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $542,500 (5995 Crescent Dr).  One home sold at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  The average sales price in Ladner for March was $534,333 (March 2012 average $670,429).  Currently there are 123 listings on the market compared to 115 at the end of March.  As of today the highest priced listing is $11,900,000 (East Ladner Farm) and the lowest priced listing is $123,000 (4469 W River Road).

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were way down for March 2014 (7) when compared to March 2013 (14).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $431,000 (#7-6280 48A Ave) and the lowest priced condo/townhouse sold for $252,900 (#115-4889 53rd Street).  Currently there are 56 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 56 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $765,000  (#32-5900 Ferry Rd) and the lowest priced listing is $239,900 (D203-4845 53rd Street).
