Ladner Home Sales (March 2015)

Detached home sales in Ladner were really up for the month of March (28) when compared to the same month last year (15). The highest priced home sold for $1,450,000 (4649 54A Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $96,000 (#7  3350 Westham Island Rd). Eleven homes sold above their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  The average sales price in Ladner for March was $760,000 (March 2013 average $651,377).  Currently there are 56 listings on the market compared to 48 at the end of March. As of today the highest priced listing is $11,900,000 (East Ladner Farm) and the lowest priced listing is $238,000 (#27-3871 River Rd).

Currently there are 33 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 38 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $839,900  (#6 5300 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced listing is $237,000 (#D204 4845 53rd Street).
