Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of March (26) when compared to the same month last year (38). The highest priced home sold for $4,550,000 (52nd Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $569,000 (Schooner Gate). One sale was at its asking price and 4 sales were above their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 53 days. Currently there are 108 listings on the market compared to 107 at the end of March. As of today the highest priced listing is $15,375,000 (5039 112th Street) and the lowest priced listing is $319,000 (#18 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,577,763 (single family home).
