Ladner Home Sales (March 2018)

Detached home sales in Ladner were once again down for the month of March (15) when compared to the same month last year (27). The highest priced home sold for $2,250,000 (Westham Island Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $660,000 (Schooner Gate).  Two of the sales sold above their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 50 days. Currently there are 95 listings on the market compared to 86 at the end of March.  As of today the highest priced listing is $11,500,000 (2990 57B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $219,000 (#4 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,350,513 (single family).

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were also really down for March 2018 (10) when compared to March 2017 (22).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $1,085,000 (Ferry Road) and the lowest priced condo/townhouse sold for $415,000 (54A Ave). The average sold price was $652,325. Currently there are 25 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 24 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,175,000  (#86 5900 Ferry Road) and the lowest priced listing is $429,000 (#302 4926 48th Ave).
