Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of March (12) when compared to the same month last year (16). The highest priced home sold for $1,645,714 (52nd Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $650,007 (Schooner Gate).  All sales were below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 47 days. Currently there are 118 listings on the market compared to 103 at the end of March. As of today the highest priced listing is $11,888,000 (3820 64th Street) and the lowest priced listing is $189,000 (#11 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,186,265 (single family).

Currently there are 65 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 56 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,140,000 (#50 5900 Ferry Road) and the lowest priced listing is $389,900 (#117 4742 Blue Heron Way).
