Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of May (30) when compared to the same month last year (23). The highest priced home sold for $1,550,000 (W River Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $310,000 (Westham Island Rd). One sale was at its asking price and 6 sales were above their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 34 days. Currently there are 102 listings on the market compared to 104 at the end of May. As of today the highest priced listing is $15,375,000 (5039 112th Street) and the lowest priced listing is $325,000 (11457 W River Road).  The average list price is $1,060,336.

Currently there are 33 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 35 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,048,000  (#24 5510 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced listing is $369,000 (#16 5661 Ladner Trunk Road).
