Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of November (13) when compared to the same month last year (14). The highest priced home sold for $1,714,285 (52 Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $858,000 (Westminster Ave). One sale was at its asking price and the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 67 days. Currently there are 72 listings on the market compared to 88 at the end of November.  As of today the highest priced listing is $13,940,000 (2810 57B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $369,900 (#18 3871 River Road).  The average list price is $1,459,299 (single family).

The average sold price was $652,225. Currently there are 32 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 30 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $999,800  (#55 5510 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced listing is $398,000 (#108 4926 48th Ave).
