Ladner Home Sales (October 2015)

Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of October (21) when compared to the same month last year (24). The highest priced home sold for $1,750,000 (5066 45th Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $622,800 (#6 4767 64th Street).  Four homes sold above their asking price and two homes sold at their asking price.  The average sales price in Ladner for October was $1,095,875 (October 2013 average $706,760).  Currently there are 40 listings on the market compared to 45 at the end of October. As of today the highest priced listing is $11,900,000 (East Ladner Farm) and the lowest priced listing is $139,000 (#9 3350 Westham Island Rd).  The average list price is $2,271,532.

The average sold price was $470,790.  Currently there are 7 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 12 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $685,000  (#1 4729 Garry Street) and the lowest priced listing is $285,000 (#212 4885 53rd Street).
