Ladner Home Sales (September 2014)

Detached home sales in Ladner were way up for the month of September (28) when compared to the same month last year (13).   The highest priced home sold for $1,280,000 (6291 34B Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $107,000 (4469 W River Road).   Three homes sold above their asking price and two homes sold at their asking price.  The average sales price in Ladner for September was $647,990 (September 2012 average $616,427).  Currently there are 67 listings on the market compared to 85 at the end of September.  As of today the highest priced listing is $11,900,000 (East Ladner Farm) and the lowest priced listing is $129,000 (#7-3350 Westham Island Rd).

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were up for September 2014 (14) when compared to September  2013 (10).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $568,000 (#313 6263 River Road) and the lowest priced condo/townhouse sold for $276,000 (#404 4758 53rd St). Currently there are 44 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 45 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $729,000  (#88-5900 Ferry Rd) and the lowest priced listing is $219,900 (#12-5661 Ladner Trunk Road).
