Detached home sales in Ladner were up for the month of December (8) when compared to the same month last year (6). The highest priced home sold for $3,579,280 (112th Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $115,000 (W River Road).  All 8 sales were below their asking price. For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 94 days. Currently there are 77 listings on the market compared to 76 at the end of December. As of today the highest priced listing is $17,495,000 (6720 60th Ave) and the lowest priced listing is $445,000 (#19 3871 West River Road).  The average list price is $1,211,491 (single family).
