Ladner Housing Market Summary (November 2019)

Detached home sales in Ladner were down for the month of November (12) when compared to the same month last year (15). The highest priced home sold for $1,485,000 (Chestnut Crescent) and the lowest priced home sold for $780,000 (Westminster Ave).  One sale was at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 63 days. Currently there are 76 listings on the market compared to 90 at the end of November. As of today the highest priced listing is $17,495,000 (6720 60th Ave) and the lowest priced listing is $135,000 (#1 4671 West River Road).  The average list price is $1,206,239 (single family).

The average sold price was $679,615. Currently there are 62 active listings for condo / townhouses in Ladner compared to 75 last month.  The highest priced listing currently is $1,078,000 (#208 5535 Admiral Way) and the lowest priced listing is $379,800 (#105 4738 53rd Street).
