Tsawwassen Home Sales (April 2015)

Detached home sales were up for April 2015 (41) when compared to the same month last year (33).  Fifteen homes sold above their asking price and one home sold at its asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,224,000 (5325 6th Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $593,500 (735 56th Street)  The average sales price for April was $905,369 (April   2013 average $786,153).  As of today there are 81 active listings on the market compared to 80 listings at the end of April. The highest priced listing currently is $5,900,000 (300 Copsfield Dr) and the lowest priced listing is $659,900 (1484 54th Street).

Currently there are 48 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (49 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $188,000 (#208 -1175 Ferguson Road) and the highest priced listing is $4,950,000 (#604-5055 Springs Blvd).
