Detached home sales were also down for April 2018 (20) when compared to the same month last year (28).  Three sales were above their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $3,100,000 (Beach Grove Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $880,000 (Windsor Crescent).  On average it took 50 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 189 active listings on the market compared to 163 listings at the end of April. The highest priced listing currently is $4,798,000 (1143 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $850,000 (1360 53A Street). The average list price is $1,10,542.

The average sold price was $540,866. Currently there are 54 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (50 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $399,999 (#205 5472 11th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
