Detached home sales were down for April 2019 (13) when compared to the same month last year (26).  One sale was above its asking price and three sales were at their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,800,000 (Centennial Parkway) and the lowest priced home sold for $899,900 (Whitcomb Place).  On average it took 37 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 197 active listings on the market compared to 175 listings at the end of April. The highest priced listing currently is $5,888,000 (210 Graham Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $799,900 (207 Centennial Parkway). The average list price is $1,567,762.

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were really down for April 2019 (4) when compared to April 2018 (12).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $690,000 (Springs Blvd) and the lowest priced sold for $470,000 (56th Street). The average sold price was $579,030. Currently there are 102 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (87 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $299,900 (#144 5421 10th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
