Detached home sales were up for the month of August as there were 34 sales compared to 20 sales for the same month last year. Three homes sold above their asking price and two homes sold at their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,165,000 (852 Tsawwassen Beach) and the lowest priced home sold for $460,000 (1279 Hunter Road). The average sales price for August was $833,305 (August 2012 average $816,017). As of today there are 130 active listings on the market compared to 142 listings at the end of August. The highest priced listing currently is $5,600,000 (300 Copsefield Dr) and the lowest priced listing is $514,900 (5114 11A Ave).

Currently there are 79 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (73 last month). The highest priced listing is $1,499,000 (#207 5055 Springs Blvd) and the lowest priced listing is $199,900 (#332 1441 Garden Place).
