Tsawwassen Home Sales (August 2017)

Detached home sales were slightly higher for August 2017 (15) when compared to the same month last year (12).  One sale was above its asking price and one sale was at its asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,738,000 (Connaught Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $942,000 (Babcock Place).  On average it took 45 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 157 active listings on the market compared to 155 listings at the end of August. The highest priced listing currently is $8,900,000 (598 Tsawwassen Beach) and the lowest priced listing is $889,900 (5855 17A Ave). The average list price is $1,923,600.

The average sold price was $679,439. Currently there are 25 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (26 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $429,900 (#140 1440 Garden Place) and the highest priced listing is $3,778,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
