Detached home sales were also down for August 2018 (11) when compared to the same month last year (16).  Two sales were at their asking price and one sale was above its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,868,000 (57th Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $925,000 (16A Ave).  On average it took 71 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 173 active listings on the market compared to 171 listings at the end of August. The highest priced listing currently is $4,798,000 (1143 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $898,000 (1430 View Cres). The average list price is $1,297,790.

The average sold price was $607,100. Currently there are 59 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (58 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $398,000 (#109 1175 Ferguson Road) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
