Tsawwassen Home Sales (December 2014)

Detached home sales for December 2014 were the same as December 2013 (11 sales).  One home sold above its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,750,000 (1203 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $609,900 (Lot 11 4683 Mallard Lane). The average sales price for December was $930,147 (December 2012 average $694,667).  As of today there are 84 active listings on the market compared to 86 listings at the end of December.  The highest priced listing currently is $4,998,000 (8 Tsawwassen Beach) and the lowest priced listing is $589,000 (735 56th Street)

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were up for the month of December (5) when compared to December 2013 (3).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $550,000 (#401 5500 13A Ave) and the lowest priced sold for $271,000 (#PH10 1702 56th St).  Currently there are 53 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (55 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $199,999 (#332 1441 Garden Pl) and the highest priced listing is $6,300,000 (#604-5055 Springs Blvd).
