Detached home sales were up for December 2017 (9) when compared to the same month last year (7).  All sales were below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,875,000 (Tsawwassen Beach) and the lowest priced home sold for $900,000 (Enderby Ave).  On average it took 51 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 116 active listings on the market compared to 132 listings at the end of December. The highest priced listing currently is $4,980,000 (1143 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $988,000 (1637 Enderby Ave). The average list price is $1,890,595.

Currently there are 28 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (24 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $359,900 (#108 1441 Garden Place) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
