Detached home sales were down for the month of February as there were 16 sales compared to 18 sales for the same month last year. All 16 sales were below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,990,000 (1682 Beach Grove Rd) and the lowest priced home sold for $535,100 (660 54th Street). The average sales price for February was $764,073 (February 2012 average $769,938). As of today there are 143 active listings on the market compared to 108 listings at the end of February. The highest priced listing currently is $7,700,000 (1160 Boundary Road) and the lowest priced listing is $529,000 (5114 11A Ave).

The highest priced listing is $1,134,800 (#408 5055 Springs Blvd) and the lowest priced listing is $198,000 (#245 5421 10th Ave).
