Detached home sales dropped for February 2017 (20) when compared to the same month last year (50).  All 20 sales were below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,210,000 (Rosehill Wynd) and the lowest priced home sold for $900,000 (57A Street).  On average it took 45 days on the market for these home to sell.  As of today there are 137 active listings on the market compared to 130 listings at the end of February. The highest priced listing currently is $7,888,000 (1160 Boundary Road) and the lowest priced listing is $798,000 (1430 View Crescent). The average list price is $1,772,726.

The average sold price was $574,069. Currently there are 32 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (39 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $315,000 (#315 5518 14th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $3,778,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
