Two sales were above their asking price and one sale was at its asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,535,000 (1108 Skana Dr) and the lowest priced home sold for $533,500 (5858 16A Ave). The average sales price for January was $720,675 (January 2012 average $632,625). As of today there are 108 active listings on the market compared to 93 listings at the end of January. The highest priced listing currently is $4,998,000 (116 Centennial Pkwy) and the lowest priced listing is $529,000 (5114 11A Ave).
