Tsawwassen Home Sales (January 2021)

Detached home sales continued higher again in December 2020 (23) when compared to the same month last year (11). Five homes sold above their asking price and three homes sold at their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,199,000 (Tsawwassen Beach Rd) and the lowest priced home sold for $949,900 (Cormorant Way). On average it took 62 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 82 active listings on the market compared to 103 listings at the end of December. The highest priced listing currently is $4,980,000 (225 English Bluff) and the lowest priced listing is $949,000 (1145 50B Street). The average list price is $1,910,957 (single family).

The average sold price was $599,914. Currently there are 76 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (93 last month). The lowest priced listing is $335,000 (#248 5421 10th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $1,700,000 (#108 5055 Springs Blvd).
