Detached home sales were also down for July 2018 (14) when compared to the same month last year (29).  One sale was above its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,950,00 (54A Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $965,000 (55A Street).  On average it took 61 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 171 active listings on the market compared to 183 listings at the end of July. The highest priced listing currently is $4,798,000 (1143 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $828,900 (5865 17A Ave). The average list price is $1,669,354.

The average sold price was $597,140. Currently there are 58 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (57 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $439,000 (#407 1369 56th Street) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
