Tsawwassen Home Sales (June 2014)

Detached home sales were slightly up for the month of June as there were 37 sales compared to 34 sales for the same month last year. One home sold above its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,750,000 (210 Graham Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $547,000 (1682 Braid Road). The average sales price for June was $767,376 (June 2012 average $744,219).  As of today there are 153 active listings on the market compared to 156 listings at the end of June.  The highest priced listing currently is $7,700,000 (1160 Boundary Bay Road) and the lowest priced listing is $514,900 (5114 11A Ave).

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were down for the month of June (5) when compared to June 2013 (9).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $1,029,900 (#301 1212 Hunter Rd) and the lowest priced sold for $281,000 (#308 1428 56th St).  Currently there are 69 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (68 last month).  The highest priced listing is $1,498,888 (#210 5055 Springs Blvd) and the lowest priced listing is $209,900 (#332 1441 Garden Place).
