Tsawwassen Home Sales (June 2015)

Detached home sales were up for June 2015 (43) when compared to the same month last year (38).  Nineteen homes sold above their asking price and four homes sold at their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,800,000 (380 Tsawwassen Beach Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $685,000 (1474 Village Greens)  The average sales price for June was $873,102 (June 2013 average $639,959).  As of today there are 76 active listings on the market compared to 68 listings at the end of June. The highest priced listing currently is $5,900,000 (300 Copsfield Dr) and the lowest priced listing is $749,900 (1342 52nd Street).

Currently there are 50 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (49 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $184,900 (#208 -1175 Ferguson Road) and the highest priced listing is $4,750,000 (#604-5055 Springs Blvd).
