Detached home sales were lower for June 2017 (25) when compared to the same month last year (42).  Two sales were above their asking price and the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,100,000 (Centennial Pkwy) and the lowest priced home sold for $974,500 (55A Street).  On average it took 36 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 150 active listings on the market compared to 156 listings at the end of June. The highest priced listing currently is $8,900,000 (598 Tsawwassen Beach) and the lowest priced listing is $975,000 (1715 Braid Road). The average list price is $1,332,564.

The average sold price was $797,833. Currently there are 33 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (28 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $299,000 (#205 1175 Ferguson Court) and the highest priced listing is $3,778,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
