Detached home sales were also down for June 2018 (16) when compared to the same month last year (25).  One sale was at its asking price and four homes sold above their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,600,000 (Beach Grove Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $982,000 (Corbould Road).  On average it took 38 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 183 active listings on the market compared to 192 listings at the end of June. The highest priced listing currently is $4,798,000 (1143 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $888,888 (871 Bayview Drive). The average list price is $1,670,971.

The average sold price was $571,899. Currently there are 65 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (57 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $415,000 (#330 1441 Garden Place Rd) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
