The highest priced home sold for $1,610,000 (5211 Wallace Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $619,900 (Lot #11 4683 Mallard Lane) The average sales price for March was $1,011,781 (March 2013 average $811,053). As of today there are 80 active listings on the market compared to 88 listings at the end of March. The highest priced listing currently is $5,900,000 (300 Copsfield Dr) and the lowest priced listing is $649,900 (4959 2A Ave)
