Detached home sales were lower for March 2017 (32) when compared to the same month last year (41).  One sale was above its asking price and one sale was at its asking price. The highest priced home sold for $3,610,000 (English Bluff Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $890,000 (Compston Crescent).  On average it took 58 days on the market for these home to sell.  As of today there are 139 active listings on the market compared to 137 listings at the end of March. The highest priced listing currently is $8,900,000 (598 Tsawwassen Beach) and the lowest priced listing is $878,800 (5526 6A Ave). The average list price is $1,408,646.

The average sold price was $670,676. Currently there are 30 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (32 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $315,000 (#315 5518 14th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $3,778,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
