Tsawwassen Home Sales (March 2021)

Like Ladner, detached home sales were really up again in February 2021 (50) when compared to the same month last year (20). Twenty one homes sold above their asking price and four homes sold at their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $3,200,000 (Centennial Pkwy) and the lowest priced home sold for $999,900 (Cormorant Way). On average it took 35 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 95 active listings on the market compared to 89 listings at the end of February. The highest priced listing currently is $4,980,000 (225 English Bluff) and the lowest priced listing is $899,200 (4661 Mallard Ave). The average list price is $1,881,146 (single family).

The average sold price was $650,347. Currently there are 66 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (80 last month). The lowest priced listing is $339,000 (#202 1175 Ferguson Road) and the highest priced listing is $1,699,888 (#207 5055 Springs Blvd).
