Detached home sales were up in February 2024 (13) when compared to the same month last year (10). One home sold at its asking price and three homes sold above their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $3,925,000 (English Bluff Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $1,047,619 (50B Street). On average it took 55 days on the market for these homes to sell (51 last month). As of today there are 73 active listings on the market compared to 69 listings at the end of February. The highest priced listing currently is $4,250,000 (285 English Bluff Road) and the lowest priced listing is $915,000 (5241 Cambridge Court). The average list price is $1,948,337 (single family).

Currently there are 74 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (58 last month). The lowest priced listing is $420,000 (#410 1792 Starling Drive) and the highest priced listing is $1,709,900 (6381 Southlands Drive).
