Detached home sales were slightly down for the month of May as there were 27 sales compared to 29 sales for the same month last year. Two homes sold above their asking price and one home sold at its asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,267,000 (65 67th Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $550,000 (5648 Wellsgreen Place). The average sales price for May was $885,363 (May 2012 average $753,929).  As of today there are 156 active listings on the market compared to 163 listings at the end of May.  The highest priced listing currently is $7,700,000 (1160 Boundary Road) and the lowest priced listing is $514,900 (5114 11A Ave).

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were up for the month of May (10) when compared to May 2013 (6).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $1,299,900 (#503 1212 Hunter Rd) and the lowest priced sold for $249,500 (#303 5555 13A Ave).  Currently there are 68 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (62 last month).  The highest priced listing is $1,189,900 (#100 1212 Hunter Road) and the lowest priced listing is $203,900 (#332 1441 Garden Place).
