Tsawwassen Home Sales (May 2018)

Detached home sales were also down for May 2018 (23) when compared to the same month last year (39).  One sale was at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,250,000 (1A Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $900,000 (67th Street).  On average it took 45 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 192 active listings on the market compared to 189 listings at the end of May. The highest priced listing currently is $4,798,000 (1143 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $929,000 (1430 View Crescent). The average list price is $1,708,696.

The average sold price was $945,900. Currently there are 57 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (54 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $299,000 (#208 1175 Ferguson Rd) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
