Detached home sales were down for November 2018 (9) when compared to the same month last year (15).  All sales were below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,220,000 (1A Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $925,000 (51st Street).  On average it took 38 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 131 active listings on the market compared to 157 listings at the end of November. The highest priced listing currently is $3,990,000 (295 English Bluff) and the lowest priced listing is $888,000 (1430 View Cres). The average list price is $1,553,300.

Currently there are 57 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (62 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $319,000 (#247 5421 10th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
