Tsawwassen Home Sales (October 2017)

Detached home sales were really up again for October 2017 (24) when compared to the same month last year (12).  Five sales were above their asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,745,000 (67th Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $1,005,000 (Mallard Lane).  On average it took 43 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 147 active listings on the market compared to 151 listings at the end of October. The highest priced listing currently is $7,888,000 (1160 Boundary Bay Road) and the lowest priced listing is $935,000 (1715 Braid Road). The average list price is $1,821,822.

The average sold price was $558,923. Currently there are 23 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (26 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $419,900 (#414 5518 14th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
