Detached home sales were really down for September 2018 (10) when compared to the same month last year (34).  All sales were below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,768,000 (Skana Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $800,000 (17A Ave).  On average it took 91 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 159 active listings on the market compared to 173 listings at the end of September. The highest priced listing currently is $4,798,000 (1143 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $898,000 (1430 View Cres). The average list price is $1,651,492.

The average sold price was $666,670. Currently there are 64 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (59 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $338,000 (#109 1175 Ferguson Road) and the highest priced listing is $3,480,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
