Tsawwassen Home Sales Summary (July 2020)

Detached home sales were up for June 2020 (29) when compared to the same month last year (18).  Six homes sold above their asking price and one home at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $3,400,000 (Beach Grove Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $850,000 (6A Ave).  On average it took 63 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 162 active listings (single family) on the market compared to 136 listings at the end of June. The highest priced listing currently is $4,980,000 (English Bluff Road) and the lowest priced listing is $848,800 (5106 12th Ave). The average list price is $1,624,204.

The average sold price was $609,352. Currently there are 105 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (94 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $349,900 (#250 5421 10th Ave) and the highest priced listing is $2,880,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
