Tsawwassen Home Sales Summary (September 2020)

Detached home sales were up for August 2020 (33) when compared to the same month last year (18).  Seven homes sold above their asking price and one home sold at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $3,250,000 (Tsawwassen Beach Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $835,000 (53A Street).  On average it took 27 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 185 active listings (single family) on the market compared to 183 listings at the end of August. The highest priced listing currently is $4,980,000 (225 English Bluff Road) and the lowest priced listing is $825,000 (5106 12th Ave). The average list price is $1,666,564.

The average sold price was $626,034. Currently there are 115 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (120 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $348,888 (#112 1175 Ferguson Road) and the highest priced listing is $1,659,000 (#203 1212 Hunter Road).
