Tsawwassen Housing Market Summary (May 2020)

Detached home sales were the same for April 2020 (15) when compared to the same month last year (15).  One home sold above its asking price and one home sold at its asking price while the rest of the sales were all below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $3,500,000 (Tsawwassen Beach Road) and the lowest priced home sold for $915,000 (Morningside Drive).  On average it took 59 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 114 active listings (single family) on the market compared to 125 listings at the end of April. The highest priced listing currently is $5,888,000 (210 Graham Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $850,000 (5596 6th Ave). The average list price is $1,658,671.

For condominiums and townhouses, the number of sales were also the same for April 2020 (10) when compared to April (10).  The highest priced condo/townhouse sold for $1,080,000 (3rd Ave) and the lowest priced sold for $270,000 (Garden Place). The average sold price was $612,680. Currently there are 83 active listings for condos and townhouses in Tsawwassen (72 last month).  The lowest priced listing is $319,900 (#220 4742 Blue Heron Way) and the highest priced listing is $3,180,000 (#604 5055 Springs Blvd).
