Detached home sales were up for October 2019 (20) when compared to the same month last year (13).  All sales were below their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $1,730,000 (Duncan Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $725,000 (17A Ave).  On average it took 55 days on the market for these homes to sell. As of today there are 153 active listings on the market compared to 176 listings at the end of October. The highest priced listing currently is $5,888,800 (532 Tsawwassen Beach) and the lowest priced listing is $749,000 (950 53A Street). The average list price is $1,636,098.
