The highest priced home sold for $2,650,000 (43 67th Street) and the lowest priced home sold for $925,000 (1637 Duncan Drive).  The average sales price for July was $1,537,340 (July 2014 average $886,594).  As of today there are 135 active listings on the market compared to 124 listings at the end of July.
