Detached home sales in Ladner were slightly up for the month of September (13) when compared to the same month last year (12). The highest priced home sold for $1,518,000 (45th Ave) and the lowest priced home sold for $718,800 (Spinnaker Bay). Two sales were at their asking price and 1 sale was above its asking price.  For the homes that sold last month the average days on market was 60 days. Currently there are 84 listings on the market compared to 86 at the end of September.  As of today the highest priced listing is $13,940,000 (2810 57B Street) and the lowest priced listing is $369,900 (#18 3871 River Road).  The average list price is $1,584,604 (single family).
