Detached home sales were really up for the month of  September as there were 39 sales compared to 15 sales for the same month last year. Eight homes sold above their asking price and two homes sold at their asking price. The highest priced home sold for $2,200,000 (767 Glenwood Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $500,000 (5114 11A Ave). The average sales price for September was $783,652 (September 2012 average $800,750).  As of today there are 112 active listings on the market compared to 130 listings at the end of September.  The highest priced listing currently is $5,600,000 (300 Copsefield Dr) and the lowest priced listing is $539,000 (393 56th Street).
