The highest priced home sold for $1,768,000 (Skana Drive) and the lowest priced home sold for $800,000 (17A Ave).  On average it took 91 days on the market for these homes to sell.  As of today there are 159 active listings on the market compared to 173 listings at the end of September. The highest priced listing currently is $4,798,000 (1143 Pacific Drive) and the lowest priced listing is $898,000 (1430 View Cres). The average list price is $1,651,492.
