Currently there are 119 listings on the market compared to 124 at the end of July.  As of today the highest priced listing is $18,000,000 (3820 64th Street) and the lowest priced listing is $195,000 (#9 3350 Westham Island Road).  The average list price is $1,355,235 (single family).
